Today on our Episode #405 of All in the Industry, Shari Bayer has a special “On the Road” show from Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024, which took place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Tuesday, November 26th, 2024. This was the 12th edition of this list which launched in 2013 to celebrate gastronomy across the region and to provide diners around the globe with local insight and culinary recommendations.
